Terms and conditions for the social media competition posted on 30/03/2023:

Winners must enter before 11:59pm on the competition close date to be eligible to win 1x case of Refreshingly Light Clementine Orange Tonic Water. To enter, the user must be following @fevertreeaustralia on Instagram or @fevertreeAU on Facebook and tag a friend in the comments. A person can enter multiple times, tagging a different individual each time.

The competition will end on 30/03/2023 11:59PM AEDT and the winners will be notified on 06/04/2023. We’ll select twenty (20) unique entries from Instagram, and will only be eligible for one case per chosen winner. Prizes will be sent out within four weeks of the competition closure date. Winners must reside within Australia. Entrants outside of this will forfeit the prize to the next selected individual.

The total prize pool for this giveaway is valued at $939.80. Prize values are accurate as of the commencement date of the giveaway. Any variation after that date is beyond the Promoter’s control. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with a prize, which are not specified in these Terms and Conditions, are the responsibility of the winner.

The winners will be notified by Instagram private message or through a comment on their winning post with a request to privately message the promoter with their contact information for prize delivery. Winners will be notified within two business days after being selected. For the avoidance of doubt, the winners will be required to make contact with the promoter in order to organise delivery of their prize.

This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners.

If for any reason a winner does not redeem a Prize (or an element of a prize) on or before 12/04/2023, then the prize will be forfeited and redrawn to another winner and will not be redeemable for cash.
