Corporate Responsibility

OUR APPROACH

INTRODUCTION

At Fever-Tree we take great pride in both our brand and products. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of corporate and social responsibility are maintained. From the selection of our ingredients, the bottling of our drinks and the service to our customers, we work with people who share and support our approach.

RESPONSIBLE AND ETHICAL TRADING

Fever-Tree is committed to ensuring that all of our products are safe for our customers and manufactured under safe, fair and humane working conditions. We are committed to sourcing all of our ingredients ethically and responsibly.

IN THE COMMUNITY

Fever-Tree's charity of choice is Malaria No More (www.malarianomore.org.uk). We support the organisation through charitable donations, for example at our 'Gin & Tonic Fever' event half of the profit from ticket sales was donated to Malaria No More.

Fever-Tree continues to support other charitable events via stock support and prize giving. Recent examples include:

• Greg Williams photography exhibition for Cancer Research UK

• Air Ambulance Charity Ball for the County Air Ambulance Trust

• Grey Goose Winter Ball for the Elton John Aids Foundation

OUR PEOPLE

Fever-Tree's employees are the key to the continued success of our business and brand. We currently employ 46 full-time employees and actively promote their personal development and continuous improvement.

Our UK employees are based at our Head Office in London.

Equal opportunities

Fever-Tree promotes diversity within our workforce and wholly supports equal opportunities in employment. Our recruitment, training and promotion processes are all done on a non-discriminatory basis.

Health & Safety

Fever-Tree is committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment for our employees, suppliers and customers.

ENVIRONMENT

Fever-Tree adheres to the highest environmental standard in the sourcing of our ingredients and the making of our products. We work with all local government representatives to ensure that we have the lowest ecological impact in all our areas of operations.

Waste management

Fever-Tree works with suppliers, distributors, retailers and relevant governmental bodies in each of our markets to reduce emissions and waste. All of Fever-Tree's bottles and caps are recycled and re-used.
