COLLEAGUES

Empowering our people to thrive through inclusion, wellbeing and purpose.

Diversity & Inclusion

We have a dedicated Group Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Lead and our DE&I Champions work closely on initiatives to ensure we represent our employees and stakeholders responsibly and drive meaningful progress across all regions. We know that differing backgrounds and perspectives create a more dynamic and inclusive environment. This is reflected in our approach throughout our recruitment, training and promotion processes, as well as community groups ranging from Women & Allies to Be Proud. We actively promote diversity within our workforce and wholly supporting equal opportunities in employment.

Charity & Volunteering

We are very proud of everything we do to give back to the community. Fever-Tree is made up of people who are kind to each other and kind to the world we live in. Beyond our international community focus on Malaria No More, we support local initiatives and charities ranging from social mobility to food waste schemes. In addition, our volunteering day benefit encourages employees to get involved with causes close to their hearts.

Wellbeing

Our employees are the key ingredients to Fever-Tree’s story. We value each and every person who works for us.

Fever-Tree nurtures personal development and continuous improvement, rewarding and recognising the contribution of our people – and our colleagues are committed to supporting and investing in each other’s career development. This is enhanced by a range of wellbeing initiatives such as mental health awareness, a fantastic benefits package and a supportive management team.

Green Team

We have a fabulous internal employee resource group of eco-minded colleagues, the “Green Team”. Colleagues from across the business join forces in the Green Team, working together to drive environmental awareness and planetary positive action.
