By blending natural flavours of juicy Scottish raspberries, we have created a refreshing fruity tonic water, remeniscent of an English summer. Simply mix with your favourite London Dry Gin for a sweeter twist on a gin and tonic.
Wonderfully sweet British rhubarb and juicy Scottish raspberries are perfectly balanced with our signature quinine, to allow the sweet flavours and aromas to shine through in our natural flavourings.

SCOTTISH RASPBERRY
We source raspberries from the famous Strathmore Valley in Scotland, which provide the perfect growing conditions for soft fruits. Scottish raspberries were selected for this tonic due to their sharper flavour profile compared to sweeter varieties often sourced from sunnier climates. The raspberries are processed using traditional steam distillation, the process takes place within a 10km radius from where they were hand harvested, to ensure freshness of flavour in the natural raspberry flavourings used in our tonic. The by-product fruit puree is collected and used in the production of other foods, to improve efficiency and reduce food waste!
This deep, well-rounded drink sees berries and bubbles come together in sweet harmony to create a rich, sparkling spritz. Juicy Aperol and prosecco kick the cocktail off, offering a vibrant combination of bubbly, syrupy textures. Fruity tonic tops it off decadently with a light, frothy fizz.
