The delicate and sweet flavour of elderflower is perfectly balanced by the soft bitterness of the quinine, which pairs perfectly with fresh and floral gins and premium vodkas.

We use elderflower petals from the English countryside, which are picked when the flowers are most fragrant and then distilled into an oil that gives this tonic water a delicate floral sweetness.

To capture the finest elderflower flavour, we source handpicked flowers from the English countryside. We ensure our elderflowers are hand-collected from the highest quality elder bushes in the UK in the late Spring when the elderflowers are in full bloom. The flowers are picked when they are at their freshest before the petals are distilled into an oil.
Elderflower & Raspberry Tonic
When you add the sweet punch of raspberry to delicate elderflower, the two flavours blossom into something completely new. The combination of fruity Chambord liqueur, floral elderflower, and sharp lemon creates a deep, rich drink with a light refreshing edge.
