Why Fever-Tree Is Committed to the Fight Against Malaria
At Fever-Tree, our story is rooted in the same ingredient that has long been vital in the fight against malaria: quinine. Derived from the bark of the cinchona (“Fever-Tree”) tree, quinine was one of the first effective treatments for malaria and remains a symbol of the link between nature, science, and wellbeing. It’s also the key ingredient that gives our tonic waters their distinctive, crisp bitterness. But for us, this connection runs deeper than flavour.
