Non-Alcoholic Mojito
Inspired by the timeless classic, using distillation we have extracted complex notes of tropical fruit and golden molasses from Caribbean sugar cane before layering and balancing with zesty Mexican lime & Moroccan mint flavours from our signature mojito mixer. Zesty Mexican Lime, rich and rounded flavour notes of tropical fruit and golden molasses with cooling mint to finish.
Tahitian limes have the perfect balance of zesty sharpness & sweetness, which perfectly complements the refreshing menthol notes of the mint. Zesty, crisp and refreshing.
Mint meets lime in a Cuban classic
We developed our non-alcoholic Mojito by diving deep into the flavour architecture of classic rum. With such a broad spectrum of styles within the rum category, our goal was to create a profile that felt instantly recognisable - one that could transport the drinker straight to that classic mojito moment. Through extensive experimentation, we explored layering notes of molasses, warming spice, vanilla and subtle tropical – testing combinations of ingredients and botanicals to recreate rum’s depth and character, all without the alcohol.
SPEARMINT
Our spearmint is grown in the El Bourouj region of Morocco. During the harvest season the mint leaves are cut by hand daily generally in the morning when the plants are most fragrant. We use the flowering tops of the mint which are dried and steam distilled.
