Refreshingly Light
SPICED ORANGE
Ginger Ale
A unique blend of our signature gingers, combined with sweet clementines and spicy cinnamon. The combination of ginger, citrus and spice has been crafted to complement the rich, full-bodied flavours found in the finest dark spirits, in particular cognacs & rums.
A delicate sweetness comes from the clementines with subtle cinnamon on top of the signature robust earthy flavours from the Fever-Tree gingers.
Citrus heat with warming spice
To achieve the smooth, full-bodied taste of our Spiced Orange Ginger Ale, we selected three types of ginger for their complementary, yet distinctive, flavour profiles. From Cochin in India, we source a variety that lends a warm and spicy flavour. From the Ivory Coast, we get a fresh green ginger that has an incredible lemongrass freshness. Finally, our Nigerian ginger brings a deep, intense flavour to the blend. To this, we add cinnamon and clementine to bring a delicious sweetness to the drink.
SPANISH CLEMENTINE
We source clementine's from Spain where the long hours of sunshine create the perfect climate for the fruit to grow, developing the wonderful juicy flavour & aroma they’re renowned for. Harvested earlier on in the year, we extract the fresh oil from the citrus peel of the ripe fruit. which provides a pleasantly rich, sweet, and juicy citrus flavour, that is less acidic than other orange varieties.
FRESH GREEN GINGER
The discovery of this ginger from the Ivory Coast was a real ‘eureka’ moment for Charles and Tim. Unlike any other ginger, it has an incredible lemongrass freshness to its aroma due to the oils being extracted as soon as the ginger is harvested. Charles has visited the farmers in the Ivory Coast who are cultivating this unique ginger and distilling the oils specially for Fever-Tree.
NIGERIAN GINGER
The ginger that we source from Nigeria has an aromatic intensity to it that adds depth to the ginger flavour. It perfectly complements the fresh zesty notes of the fresh green ginger and the warm and spicy notes of the ginger that we source from Cochin in South West India.
COCHIN GINGER
Uniquely warm and spicy, this ginger complements the flavour notes in the Nigerian ginger and fresh green ginger perfectly. These are cultivated by a small specialist producer in the beautiful Cochin area of India, where Charles and Tim have been to visit the farmers.
Spiced Sangria
You won’t find the traditional red wine in this sangria, but a healthy pour of rum and a bright pop of orange-forward aperitivo bitters more than make up for its absence. The three types of ginger used in the Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale are responsible for the fresh green, chocolatey, and earthy flavor of this aromatic and spicy long drink.
