January Drinks Inspiration

We've created a list of our top drinks to try this January. There is something for everyone with no and low alcoholic options as well as full-strength long mixed drinks. So whatever your drinking habits this month, there's no compromise on flavour.

Whilst our mixers are crafted to complement the finest spirits, we also love to drink them on their own. So if you're looking for a sophisticated soft drink to enjoy this month why not try one of our Gingers, Lemonades or Flavoured sodas served over plenty of ice.

FREEGLIDER & TONIC

FreeGlider is Sipsmith's first alcohol-free spirit, crafted with juniper and citrus to elevate any moment of moderation. It's a great alternative to the G&T.
1. Fill a large glass with ice
2. Add 50ml Sipsmith Freeglider
3. Top with Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water
4. Garnish with lime

LYRE'S APERITIF

One of our favourite recipes from our book Easy Mixing which has a chapter on No & Low Alcohol options. When you’re steering clear of alcohol, you shouldn't have to sacrifice strong flavours as well, with Lyre’s aromatic Apéritif Dry and the double herby hit of thyme and Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, this highball is as dry as it is delicious.
1. Fill a large glass with ice
2. Add 50ml Lyre’s Apéritif Dry
3. Squeeze over and then drop in three lemon wedges.
4. Top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water & garnish with a sprig of thyme

THE GUNNER

Another cooling classic from Easy Mixing. This drink is a Hong Kong original, where it has been enjoyed for decades to help soothe the effects of the city’s soaring humidity.
1. Fill a large glass with ice
2. Add 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
3. Pour 200ml Ginger Ale and top with Ginger Beer
4. Squeeze over and then drop in one lemon wedge.
