This super simple recipe requires the following ingredients:
- 800ml (27fl oz) Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water
- 200ml (7fl oz) Hendrick’s Gin
- 4 strawberries, halved, plus a few extra halves to garnish
- 2 lemons, cut into quarters
- Mint sprigs, to garnish
- Plenty of Ice
Follow these three steps to make a Strawberry & Elderflower Collins (makes 4 large drinks):
Step One: To a 2L Pitcher, add the Gin, strawberries and a squeze of lemon, then drop them into the pitcher.
Step Two: Sir well and leave it for 10 minutes, then add ice.
Step Three: Pour in the Elderflower Tonic. Garnish with a mint sprig and a strawberry half in each glass.
