Kenya
Our coffee is sourced from the Neliza region in Kenya. The area has high elevation & well drained fertile volcanic soil. The warm days, cool nights & a good amount of rainfall make this the ideal micro climate for growing our Arabica coffee beans. Coffee crops flower in the spring & the fruit ripens over the summer months. Beans are harvested from October to December. Once they are picked, they are washed & left to dry in the sun to mature their deep rich fruity & complex flavour before being milled & graded.
