Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following information about you:

It includes information you provide when you register for our newsletter, enter a competition, promotion or survey, participate in social media functions, when you register as a trade user of our portal, place a trade order on our site, register for our Pairing Guide, send us a CV in connection with an advertised job vacancy or general enquiry regarding employment opportunities, report a problem with our Site and/or otherwise send a communication to us. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph.
- Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our Site we will automatically collect the following information:
- technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;

The Site may, from time to time, contain links to external sites and in some cases, we may use a third party payment service to process purchases and/or collect donations made through the Site. In these cases, your personal information may be collected by this third party and not by us, and will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy, rather than this privacy policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, this third party’s use or disclosure of your personal information.
Security
We place great importance on the security of all personal information associated with our users.
