Refreshingly Light Raspberry & Rose Lemonade
Fields of rose bushes in Grasse, France

A delicate blend of the natural flavourings from fresh Provence Roses from France and floral and jammy Damascena roses from Turkey are perfectly balanced by sweet Sicilian lemons for a refreshing, floral lemonade.

Key Ingredients

A combination of two roses were selected to achieve the delicate yet delicious top notes of rose: fresh Provence Roses from France and floral and jammy Damascena roses from Turkey. The natural rose flavourings are carefully balanced with the 'Sfumatrice-Torchio' extracts of Sicilian lemons to create a delicately floral lemonade.

Sicilian Lemons

Femminello siracusa

Some of the world’s finest lemons grow in fertile groves in Sicily, extracts of which are used in our Sicilian Lemonade and Lemon Tonic Water. To extract the high quality oils from the skin of the lemons, Sfumatrice equipment is used to gently press the lemons - normally a process reserved for the perfume industry. By extracting these oils, we are able to create the fresh and zesty flavour for our lemon mixers.

Damascena Rose

Rosa Damascena

Damascena Roses are sourced from Turkey, grown in villages around the City of Isparta, and are handpicked in the early hours of the morning. The Damascena variety was selected due to the distinct jammy and floral taste and aroma it delivers, created due to the fermentation of the rose petals that occurs as soon as the roses are picked from the bushes.

Centrifolia Rose

Rosa Centrifolia

Grasse, France

Rose Centrifolia or Provence Rose are sourced from Grasse region of France. The 'hundred leaf' roses bloom in May and are handpicked early in the morning, with the flavours then extracted within hours to capture the unique fresh green flavour of Rose centifolia that differs to Bulgarian or Turkish varieties.  Despite this variety almost being lost totally from this region, our suppliers have worked hard over the last 5 years to preserve its existence through sustainable sourcing and supporting the locals to ensure this deep seated tradition of Rose harvesting in the South of France is maintained.
