Our Premium Soda Water has a silky smooth texture created by using the soft spring water and a high level of carbonation, but the key distinction is the addition of Blackthorn sea salt which we source from Scotland. Our Soda Water has no aroma so it can effectively bring to life the flavours of the premium spirit it's being mixed with.
