Fever-Tree began in 2003 with a meeting of minds and one simple premise: if three quarters of your G&T is the tonic, wouldn’t you want it to be the best?
Co-founders Charles and Tim, working in different parts of the drinks business, had both spotted that premium spirits were growing quickly, fuelled by consumers’ increasing awareness of the provenance of what they ate and drank.
From the very beginning, Charles and Tim approached their business differently - there would be no compromise at Fever-Tree.
Flavour and quality were of the utmost importance. This mindset led them on an eighteen-month adventure from the archives of the British Library and concluded with the launch of our Premium Tonic Water in 2005, with the belief it still operates by today – if ¾ of your drink is the mixer, mix with the best. Since we put the lid on their first bottle, we haven’t wavered in their single-minded mission to bring quality, flavour, and choice back to mixers.
Innovation remains at the heart of Fever-Tree, and they've developed a range of mixers that perfectly complement the world’s top spirits.
Fever-Tree is the leading premium line of carbonated mixers. It procures the world's finest ingredients worldwide, including quinine from the Democratic Republic of Congo, ginger from the Ivory Coast, India and Nigeria, and lemons from Sicily. Fever-Tree's range, with its high quality and naturally sourced ingredients, is the perfect accompaniment to any drinking occasion.
Since its launch, Fever-Tree has collected many awards, including the Best Selling & Top Trending Tonic Water, for seven consecutive years by Drinks International's World's Best Bars surveys. In Canada, Fever-Tree's portfolio includes 16 mixers, comprising tonics, ginger ales, ginger beers, and sodas .
Our story is about going to the ends of the earth in pursuit of the best, and the most exciting thing is, they’ve only just scratched the surface.
